Trivia[]
- In Elizabeth Rudnick's junior novelization, Lian's name was changed to Lindy and Omar's was changed to Barro.
- Lian and Omar are said to be aged nine and six respectively in Elizabeth Rudnick's junior novelization, yet the epilogue at the end of the book is only seven years after Aladdin and Jasmine's wedding.
- Seeing as how Genie and Dalia are implied to leave on their round-the-world trip immediately after Aladdin and Jasmine's wedding, and how their daughter Lian is nine years old when they return to Agrabah seven years later, this would imply that only Omar is their biological child, being only six years old during the epilogue. This would indicate that they adopted Lian, or that both Lian and Omar were adopted by the couple during their travels.
